Customer Relations Centres
The Concessioni del Tirreno Customer Relations Centres provide assistance to motorway customers.
Operators are available for:
- resolving any inefficiencies;
- provide information on traffic;
- provide assistance and provide travel-related information;
- provide assistance on the different types of payment;
- carry out toll reimbursement procedures.
In addition, at these offices it will be possible to manage non-payments and credit slips issued by the concessionaire and the other companies participating in the Reciprocity Agreement:
